The Explore helps people understand, rather than simply assume, what the problem is. It involves speaking to and spending time with people who are affected by the issues. To gather input on the elements that constitute the current experience. This means, actors, perceptions, culture, systems, competition and every aspect of the anatomy of the current experience.
